My overall experience with Landmark Realty and Griffin Maddox was absolutely exceptional! The entire home buying process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to her professionalism and dedication. Griffin took me to countless houses over the course of many months and was there every step of the way to answer any questions i had, and if she didn’t have an immediate answer, she made sure to find the information promptly. Kaitlyn was such a joy to work with! She answered every question I had. Had extreme patience when we were looking for the right place and helped navigate all of the details. There’s not enough words to describe our love and appreciation for Grace. She’s truly one of a kind.

My husband has bought and sold multiple houses with Maddy and Landmark Realty, so using Landmark was a no brainer for us. What we didn’t expect, is the lifelong friend we would make in the process. We found our forever family home before we were even ready to sell our current home. We called Maddy, and Maddy introduced us to the amazing Grace Anderson Cook. She willingly and graciously lead us through every step of preparing and selling our home to buying our forever home. Every bump in the road she handled flawlessly, she’s extremely punctual, and her communication is top notch. She is so kind, has the purest heart, and leads with the most honest advice even if it’s not what you may want to hear. I’m coming up on a year after my home purchase.  Nelia helped me purchase this house. She was amazing, intuitively knew what I need from a realty expert. Flawless and easy experience. She handled all the issues I never knew about before they even came up. She still remains a friend to this day!
